Sitapur Eye Hospital (SEH) serves more than 32 cities and towns in the states of Uttrakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Today the base hospital in Sitapur is a 500 beds facility and has more than 1500 beds amongst the rest of its 32 branches all over.

Prior to migration, the client was using the cPanel email service. An IT professional was having a difficult time dealing with the problem caused by the local host email service. Lack of collaboration on work documents, and low service availability.
With the recommendation and support of Shivaami, Sitapur Eye Hospital switched to the Google Workspace Business Starter plan in April 2023.

The project was kicked off. Changes were made to the DNS settings, tested the network access to Google Workspace, desired settings were introduced to Google Workspace, & user data was migrated to Workspace using the Google Migrate Beta tool.
Within 2 days, Sitapur Eye Hospital had successfully completed the data migration process for all of its users in the Google Workspace platform, and based on the feedback the stakeholders/employees were very satisfied. The users had the best possible experience with Google Workspace with familiar emails, contacts, calendars & google drive.
With Google Workspace, spam is now kept to a minimum with the appropriate spam filters.
Enabling advanced device management policy and customer control corporate data, Drive and Compliance settings allowed the internal IT team to control Gmail set-up accounts.
The IT team now has more time to devote to business continuity and other compliance. They believe any problems can be resolved efficiently.
The ease of use and reliability provided by Google’s cloud-based communication & collaboration tool replaced the earlier challenges and frustrations caused by their old system.
