Jaya TV is a Tamil language satellite television channel based in Chennai, India. Jaya TV is also broadcast to the expatriate Tamil community via various media partnerships. Hemant Sahai of HSA had Jaya TV HD as his first client. Jaya TV HD revamped from Oct 14th, 2018 with fresh look and content.

With the recommendation and support of Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt.Ltd, Jaya network. made the switch to Google Workspace (G Suite Basic) in Sept 2019.

Shivaami guided Java network through a comprehensive migration process. Shivaami project management team conducted the planning meetings, defined success criteria, selected the starting set of Google Workspace products and features and managed issues as they arise.

The deployment services consisted of

  • Migrate Email Data with DMS for all users.

Within 25 days, Jaya Network had successfully completed the data migration process for all of its users in the Google Workspace platform and based on the feedback the stakeholders/employees were very satisfied. Having familiar emails, contacts, calendars, and Drive appointments gave the users the best possible experience of Google Workspace.

With Google Workspace, spam is now kept to a minimum with the appropriate spam filters.

Enabling device management policy allowed the internal IT team to control Gmail set up accounts.

The IT team now has more time to focus on business continuity and other compliance.They believe any problems can be resolved efficiently.
