Result

The migration process for Intasian was meticulously executed to ensure a seamless transition to Google Workspace. The source data size was verified and analyzed before migration, followed by the creation of a billing account and server setup for the GWM migration. APIs were enabled on both source and destination platforms, and identity and user mapping batches were created for all 3,100 users. The migration process, including emails, calendars, and contacts, was initiated and closely monitored using the GWM tool, with regular updates shared with the Intasian team through daily sync-up calls and emails.

Upon migration completion, the first-level data verification was conducted, and clients were requested to validate the migrated data. Following client confirmation, MX records were successfully transitioned from Microsoft to Google Workspace, and inbound and outbound mail flows were verified. Final incremental syncs were performed to ensure all data was updated. Any queries or discrepancies encountered during or after the migration were promptly resolved, and the Intasian team received comprehensive handovers to finalize the process. This collaborative effort ensured a smooth migration and a successful transition to Google Workspace.
